Blackwater
Blackwater is an old river reached by following the roots of Oakhaven's great willow. The First Tether was forged beneath it, and the Black Circle later came there to imitate a magic they did not understand. When a new connection awakens between Eldran and the Wizard, Blackwater becomes the place they must seek for answers about what the Circle left inside them.
