Clear labels, specific explanations
AI involvement should be stated where it matters instead of being hidden behind vague phrases such as digitally created.
Visual products
Some approved visual artwork is AI-generated or AI-assisted. Product pages will identify that contribution and summarize the human selection, editing, correction, layout, cropping, testing, and packaging performed.
Official writing
The public site will separately explain any AI assistance used in preparing website copy or supporting material. Approved books and story references remain the authority for canon.
Customer and fan material
Customer information and fan submissions will not be quietly repurposed for AI training. AI-generated or AI-assisted fan fiction must be labelled if the community policy permits it.
